As a therapist, Christina focuses on your strengths and works with you from a Solution-Focused therapeutic lens to achieve your goals. By working in collaboration with you, Christina strives to help you better understand underlying patterns and processes that may be impacting or impeding current movement in your relationships or personal journeys. Improving communication, clarifying boundaries, and increasing insight are common themes in walking together on this journey.
Christina has been providing mental health services for almost 20 years in the San Diego area with a National Certification in First Responder Mental Health and specialization in severe mental illness, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention. She has served on the Board of the San Diego Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, including the role of President.

Coaching has provided an opportunity to work with people anywhere in the world on personal goals of personal growth, outside of mental health concerns. It is for those clients who are interested in a partnership of accountability to help them harness their inner strengths and shift into who they know they can be.

Christina has extensive experience in suicide prevention, first responder mental health, geriatric mental health, suicide prevention, and relationship issues related to first responder/frontline worker culture. She has guest lectured for local San Diego universities and provided trainings for community programs. Christina is a POST Certified Instructor and Certified Emergency Responder Public Safety Clinician from the National Emergency Responder & Public Safety Center. She is passionate about serving those who are on the frontlines and their families, including training clinicians on issues unique to these populations.
